As a service to families of our patients, we offer our 504/IEP Assistance Program, led by Kaitie Brown, COVT. This program was created to support family-school communication, helping schools understand the individual needs of the patient and helping families throughout the rigorous IEP application process.
Kaitie is available to meet with families of existing patients to help create IEP/504 plans, participate in IEP/504 meetings with schools, and answer questions regarding the necessary academic accommodations—All to help both patients and schools succeed during our months-long therapy program.
